The OpenArt Trail
This route has been designed to let you see as many artworks from OPENART 2026 as possible.
You begin at Örebro Art Gallery. From there, you continue toward Nikolaikyrkan, where several artworks await you both outside and inside the church’s atmospheric interior.
You then make your way up to the upper part of Stortorget, follow Köpmangatan, and let yourself be drawn back toward the lower part of Stortorget before heading toward Strömpisön.
Along the Svartån River, new views open up. Here, you can spot some artworks from a distance, encounter several of Mark Jenkins’ distinctive sculptures, and discover Sanaz Hakimi’s three pieces beautifully placed by the water behind Kulturkvarteret.
Your walk ends where it all began: at the art gallery, where you can explore Varvara & Mar’s exhibition and let your impressions settle.
