Anders Tolergård

Anders Tolergård is a project‑based artist with one foot in the performing arts and the other in fine art. He uses different techniques depending on the project, but primarily works with drawing in various forms and formats. Due to his background in theatre, his works often carry a narrative quality, and the presence of an observer is always considered.

His work often stems from questions related to power, language, tradition, and violence, grounded in the personal.

Anders is educated at Teaterhögskolan in Luleå and at HDK‑Valand in Gothenburg.
